Business Hours: 9 A.M. to 4 P.M. You may pay with a credit card or debit card. Checks are accepted but your order will not be processed for at least two weeks from date of order. Please total the order, add shipping and tax. If you are out of the state of Texas there is no tax. Submit your order and make sure your phone number(s) are on the form. Fill the space for password so we may use it when we call you back to confirm it's The Beauty Cafe. You may call the order in 210-313-3673. If we are busy, we will return your call the same business day. San Antonio, Texas is our shipping headquarters. You may fax in orders with your phone number to arrange for local delivery and payment with credit card Visa, Master Card or Amex. We will follow up with a phone call. Orders are filled within 24-48 hours of receipt, provided all items are in stock and depending upon daily order volume. During high volume periods, it may take 48-72 hours to get your order processed and shipped, so please be patient. If you live in an apartment or condo, your order will require a signature. Please contact your post office if you don't have your package within 4 days of receiving our e-mail regarding shipment. In most cases, the post office has already attempted a delivery and is holding the package until they hear from you.

We confirm all orders by e-mail with your shipping date. We are not delivering internationally right now. How ever if you have family or friends in the state you may have them forward your order to you.
