Return Policy

Return Policy:

We will not accept the return of any product that has been used or product seals tampered with in any way. If you want to test a product, please purchase our sample size products. If you do not see them on our site please e-mail us for that information.

Items returned in perfectly new and re-sellable condition will be refunded in full. All returns must be issued a return authorization number. Returns received in poor condition, i.e. leaking, broken etc., are not eligible for a refund. Please take care in packaging items authorized for return. Please pack items for return in a box...not an envelope...to insure safe delivery. E-mail for your return authorization # and list the circumstances of the return and the condition of the product.

We review each return package individually once it's received here, and reserve the right to charge a 20% to 50% restocking fee if goods are not carefully packed for return. Shipping charges on returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Our shipment problems must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of order.
